How can I pay?

Currently Paypal is the only thing that the Robot and the Bear have ever agreed on.

How will my order ship?

Your order will ship flat in an archival poly sleeve with a matting board backer. The sealed poly sleeve will then be sandwiched between corrugated sheets and placed inside a snug fitting corrugated shipper.

Three prints of the same size will fit inside a shipper so you will be charged accordingly.

What shipping options do you offer?

Prints will be shipped via USPS Priority to all US states and territories for a flat rate based on the order quantity.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 3 business days for your order to ship.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely, my mum is my biggest customer.

Currently I have a couple of flat rate options based on order quantity. The standard international option is USPS Priority mail, that features a tracking number. The international economy option is first class mail and does not feature any tracking, but is the most cost effective.

What is your returns policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. My aim is to ensure your satisfaction and I’m sorry that it wasn't your cup of tea. In order for me to process your return please contact me first through the contact page and make sure to include your order number. See the return’s policy below:

  • refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges).
  • refunds will be paid in the same form as the original payment type.
  • any claims for a damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
  • items and packaging must be received in new condition.
  • packaging must include all original items.
  • return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt.
Can I cancel my order?

As long as your order hasn’t shipped then yes. Otherwise see the return policy.

Why do I have to pay sales tax?

All California orders are subject to a 9.00% sales tax.
